whenever I see you walk by, I try to smile

and realize how sunny the day is..

I look away to find something interesting,

maybe a painting or people kissing.

I look away to realize that I'm looking back towards you.

and I smile, knowing that I have spent the past days

singing in the rain.. all the while, waiting for the sun for

you to come out and play.
